Melbourne’s self-proclaimed ‘white guy’ is rolling round town in his Asian Street Food truck, White Guy Cooks Thai. The menu delivers seasonal takes on Asian hawker fare with rotating specials that offer some of the more popular Asian dishes as well as showcasing lesser known Oriental delicacies.
White Guy likes to mix it up! Some days authentic Thai classics such as Three Flavour Fish (pla sam rot), share the menu with slightly less Thai, chicken and water chestnut gyoza and the very definitely Korean Beef Bulgogi and Korean fried chicken.
