The concept of Just like Nonna’s food truck began at the dinner table, surrounded by family. The idea of bringing the food that we know and love to the streets was brought up, and ever since, that’s what we’ve set out to do.
With countless hours spent in the kitchen with Nonna, we learned the techniques necessary to replicate the dishes that were so familiar to us.
We dedicated our time to learn every aspect we could about the food truck and catering industries, and as a result our menu was created. The goal was to not only pay homage to Nonna and her beautiful recipes, but to satisfy the people.
From early 2017 our eye-popping food truck has been rolling through the streets of Melbourne and rural Victoria. The locations vary, but the passion remains.
