Not your typical thai food, Farang is a Co-lab between three Chefs all specialising in Northern Thai (Isaan) BBQ. Essentially marinated, char-grilled meats, sticky rice and som tam salad with a few other delicious “hard to find” dishes from Chiang Mai and the Northern regions of Thailand.
