From humble beginnings slicing tacos from a bbq CALIKO BBQ has evolved into one of the coolest food trucks rolling the streets serving up a mix of SoCal Tacos & Burritos.
Cali.ko take the sweet and smokey flavours of Korean BBQ and fill little fluffy grilled soft corn tortillas high, loading them up with plenty of kbbq meats, kimchi, handmade salsas, killer sauces and freshly squeezed lime juice. A year on the road has expanded the menu, adding monster Burritos, Kimchi Quesadillas, East LA Crispy Shrimp Tacos and ever changing specials.
