Here Comes The Truck prides itself on the strong relationships it has built in event planning. For your special occasion, we will provide food trucks, bar, venue and event management and styling.
Vendors are available to provide you with additional services with the reassurance that we will be at hand to manage all your requirements.
Bar Bar
Our mobile bar offers the ‘Fancy a Drink’ or ‘Simple Sip’ packages which include a selection of locally sourced wines, craft beers and fine champagnes. On top of that, ‘Fancy a Drink’ includes a signature cocktail and a choice of iced tea or iced coffee for your guests to enjoy at pre dinner drinks. Both packages include soft drink, sparkling mineral water, with tea and coffee service at the end of formalities.
Bar staff are included in the packages and we have roaming waiters during pre dinner drinks.
How Sweet it is…
Whether it’s a classic cake or something more unusual, our recommended cake specialists have got the right sweet for your tooth. Here Comes The Truck will ensure the cake is served to your guests at the end of formalities.

Meeting your celebrant and discussing your ideas is the best way to achieve a relaxed and well-prepared ceremony. As part of the celebrant package, we set up on site for your ceremony and provide seating and styling to create the right ambience for your union.

Our graphic designer will design an exclusive look for your event or can provide a selection of themed invitations for you to choose from. Then leave it to us to manage all your invitation needs.

Our DJs and musicians set the scene and get the party started. They are experienced in creating the perfect atmosphere for a night of fun! They are extremely responsive and cater to a variety of musical tastes.

We have an extensive list of venues for your event that incorporates rural, sporting, community and industrial themes, or you let us know where you want to have your celebration and we will attempt to accommodate your request.
